Participation & verification
Select any active competition, choose the number of seats, answer the qualification quiz (if present) and complete payment. You can also follow the free postal instructions linked on each page.
We request ID and proof of address before releasing a prize, when you exceed compliance thresholds or if suspicious activity is detected. You can upload documents proactively from the account > Settings section.
Yes. To keep fairness, we may adjust the closing time or move the LIVE stream if the minimum entry threshold is not reached or if audits are in progress. All paid and postal entries remain valid.
Claims & alternative rewards
You receive an in-app notification and email with a secure claim link. Submit delivery details, choose between the default prize or any alternative cash amount listed in the rules, then pass KYC.
Yes—when a competition specifies a cash alternative or credit value. Select it inside the claim wizard and funds will be wired to your verified bank account within 5-7 business days.
You must respond within 14 days of the announcement. If we cannot reach you or required documents are missing, the prize is forfeited and we move to a reserve winner.
Wallet & refunds
Wallet top-ups are intended for future entries. Withdrawals are available only when the balance originates from cancelled competitions or manual adjustments granted by support.
Ticket purchases are final once confirmed. Refunds are offered solely if a competition is fully cancelled without a new schedule, in which case we may issue wallet credit or reverse the payment.
Open the account > Orders area to view pending and approved postal submissions. Each envelope is logged with date, contest name and validation status.
